脑脉泰胶囊治疗缺血性脑血管病后遗症疗效观察

Clinical observation of Naomaitai capsule for patients with ischemic stroke sequel

目的观察脑脉泰胶囊治疗缺血性脑血管病后遗症的临床疗效。方法选取106例患者根据简单随机抽样法分为治疗组和对照组各53例。治疗组给予脑脉泰胶囊1．0g，3次／d；对照组给予曲克芦丁片120mg，3次／d，连用2个月，观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效48例（90．57％），对照组总有效41例（77．36％）治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论脑脉泰胶囊治疗缺血性脑血管病后遗症疗效较好，不良反应较少。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Naomaitai capsule for patients with ischemic stroke sequel. Methods A hundred and six patients were randomized into treatment group and control group and each group had 53 patients. The treatment group was treated with Naomaitai capsule （1.0 gram, three times a day, orally） ; the control group was treated with Qukeluding tablet （120 rag, three times a day, orally）. The treatment period was 2 months. Results Compared with the control group, Naomaitai treatment group had better curative effect. Conclusion Naomaitai capsule provides a safe and satisfactory effect on patients with ischemic stroke sequel.
