摘要
目的总结结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析34例结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌患者的临床资料。15例患者术中进行快速冰冻检查，另19例为术后病理证实。术后均按照甲状腺癌进行治疗。结果34例患者中病理检查结果示乳头状癌31例，滤泡状癌3例。术后随访未见复发。结论结节性甲状腺肿的治疗过程中要警惕合并甲状腺癌的可能。
Objective To discuss our experience of diagnosis and treatment of nodulargoiter concomitant with thyroid cancer. Methods The data of thirty-four nodulargoiter with coexistent thyroid cancer was retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of thirty-four nodulargoiter eases were confirmed to have co-existent thyroid cancer. Among them thirty-one cases were papillary cancer and the others were follicular cancer. Conclusion Nodulargoiter is a disease that can co-exist with thyroid cancer.
