婴幼儿法洛四联症的外科治疗 被引量：2

摘要 目的总结婴幼儿法洛四联症（TOF）的外科治疗经验。方法回顾性分析29例TOF患儿的临床资料。结果本组手术死亡3例，病死率10．3％；术后主要并发症为低心排出量综合征5例，肺部感染3例，心律失常2例；随访26例，均恢复良好，心功能达Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，发绀消失，生长发育明显加快。结论随着麻醉、体外循环、手术技术和术后监护处理措施的进步，在婴幼儿期施行法洛四联症根治术是安全、可行的。
