腺淋巴瘤上皮成分的免疫组织化学研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用免疫组织化学方法(ABC法)对抗糜蛋白酶(α1-Antichymotrypsin/α10-ACT)、抗胰蛋白酶(α1-Antitrypsin/α-AT)、乳铁蛋白(Lactoferrin/LF)、癌胚抗原(Carcinoembryonicantigen/CEA)和转铁蛋白(Transferrin/TF)在22例腺淋巴瘤上皮成份中的分布进行了检测。结果发现,腺淋巴瘤上皮成份的两层细胞具有不同的染色特征。α1-ACT、α-AT、LF、CEA主要分布于腔细胞;TF则主要分布于基底细胞。提示,腔细胞与基底细胞不仅形态、结构不同,功能分化上亦存在差异。此外,腺淋巴瘤上皮成份与正常腮腺腺泡细胞和间管细胞对五种标记蛋白的表达具有相似性。 The presence ofα1-antichymotrypsin/α1-ACT, α1-antitrypsin/α1-AT, lactoferrin/LF, transferrin/TF and carcinoembryonic antigen/CEA wao examined by the immunoperoxidase method (ABC) in 22 cases of adenolymphomas. In the epithelial components of adenolymphoma, the two-layer epithelia were different in their staining pattern. α1- ACT, α1- AT,LF and CEA were observed predominatly in the luminal cells. On the contrary, LF was more often in the hasal cede than in the luminal cells. The results suggested that the luminal cells were different form the hasal cells not only in histomorphology but also in functional differentiation. Besides, the epithelial components of adenolymphoma expressed an immunophenotype similar to the normal serous acinar and intercalated duct cells.
