摘要
选用体质量和出生日期相近的12头中国荷斯坦犊牛,随机分为4组,(40±1)d一次性断奶。采用胃肠外营养(Total parenteral nutrition,TPN)颈静脉灌注丙氨酰谷氨酰胺(Ala-Gln)二肽的方式,研究了不同水平Gln对早期断奶犊牛免疫功能的影响。Ala-Gln灌注剂量为Ⅰ组(对照组,不灌注),Ⅱ组(低水平)0.33 g/(kg.d),Ⅲ组(高水平)1.34 g/(kg.d),Ⅳ组(中等水平)0.68 g/(kg.d),连续灌注7 d。结果表明:补充中等水平的Ala-Gln,可以有效地增加外周血CD2+和CD4+淋巴细胞的含量,使CD4+/CD8+比值增高,同时使血清IgA和IgG含量和空肠和回肠粘液S-IgA含量显著升高,从而增强了机体的免疫功能。
Twelve Chinese Holstein calves with similar weight and date of birth were selected and divided randomly into four groups. They were weaned at (40± 1) d. Alanyl-glutamine peptide (Ala-Gln) was supplemented through jugular vein by total parenteral nutrition (TPN) to explore the effects of different injected glutamine levels on immune function in early-weaned calves. Ala-Gln levels were designed as follows:trial Ⅰ(control group,0 g/(kg · d),trail Ⅱ (low-Gin group,0.33 g/(kg·d),trail Ⅲ (high-Gin group,1.34 g/(kg· d),trail IV (mid-Gln group, 0.68 g/(kg· d) ,and the injection lasted for 7 d continuously. The results indicated that mid-Gln level could increase effectively peripheral blood's level of CD2^+ and CD4^+ lymphocyte and the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+. At the same time, the levels of serum IgA, IgG and S-IgA in jejunum and ileum mucus increased significantly resulting in improvement of animals' immune function.
