褪黑素对内毒素血症山羊肝功能损伤的影响 被引量:5

摘要 4月龄山羊24只,随机分成4组,每组6只,即对照组(生理盐水,NS),内毒素血症组(脂多糖LPS 1 mg/kg),内毒素血症褪黑素组(褪黑素MT 1 mg/kg),褪黑素组。在注射后0.5、1、2、3、4、5、6 h采血,测定不同组别及不同时间段血清中ALT、AST、ALP、CP、TP、ALB值。结果:LPS组血清中的ALT、AST、ALP活性明显高于NS组;LPS+MT组ALT、AST、ALP酶活性也有所升高,但至6 h时基本恢复到NS组的水平,而MT组中的各项指标与NS组差异不显著(P>0.05)。LPS组血清CP、TP、ALB值明显低于NS组;LPS+MT组与NS组无显著差异。结果表明MT可减缓内毒素对肝脏的损伤作用。 To study the effect and mechanism of melatonin on hepatic injure by endotoxin in goats. Twenty-two hybrid goats were divided randomly into 4 groups:group I treated with the same volume saline; group Ⅱ received 5 ml saline containing lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (E. coli O111 B4 )at 1 mg/kg body weight;group Ⅲ received melatonin (MT) at 1 mg/kg body weight before injection of the same dose of LPS;group IV received 5ml saline containing MT for 1 mg/kg body weight. The serum was collected from jugular vein at 0. 5,1,2,3,4,5,6 h after injection respectively. The activities of glutamate pyruvate transaminase(ALT), glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), contents of ceruloplasmin(CP), total protein(TP) and albumen(ALB) were examined for evaluating the liver function. The activities of ALT,AST and ALP increased significantly in endotoxin-treated goats compared to saline-treated controls (P〈0.05);The activities of ALT, AST and ALP ingoats treated with LPS+ MT were nearly similar to goats treated with saline-treated controls at 6 h(P〉0.05); The CP, TP and ALB contents decreased significantly in endotoxin-treated goats compared with the control group (P〈0.05): the contents of CP,TP and ALB in goats treated with LPS+ MT were nearly same as goats treated with saline-treated controls (P 〉0. 055. MT play an important role in protecting the liver structure and function in goat with endotoxemia.
