5-脂氧化酶代谢通路与动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:1

摘要 5-脂氧化酶催化花生四烯酸生成5-羟基廿碳四烯酸和白三烯等花生酸类物质,其中后者是炎症反应和变态反应的调停者。近年来研究发现5-脂氧化酶代谢途径与动脉粥样硬化密切相关,本文结合国内外文献,就5-脂氧化酶代谢途径与动脉粥样硬化的关系作一综述。
