摘要
本文阐述了个人信息管理的发展历程。对PIM及其相关概念进行了分析,以用户对信息的需求为中心,总结出人们进行PIM行为的三个基本过程——信息发现/再现行为、信息保持行为、元行为;描述了用户在进行这些活动时所面临的困难,为用户PIM三大行为过程的后续研究提供参考。
This paper discusses the history of PIM,and vant concepts. Considering people＇s information need, puts forward the definition of PIM and its releAuthors analyze three processes in activities of PIM Finding/Refinding activity, Keeping activity, Mete-level activity. The difficulties in these activities are described. Finally,The paper gives out the direction of later research of the three activities.
