摘要
分析了2000-2007年275篇关于知识转移研究的国内外重要学术文献,对目前知识转移研究的角度和研究趋势进行了归纳总结,提出了一个包含四个维度二十个要素的知识转移分析模型,并对这二百多篇文献在模型中进行了定位,总结出了目前知识转移理论的研究热点和不足,对将来的知识转移理论研究有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on a literature of study on knowledge transfer, including four dimensions and transfer, as well as provides a done in the end. review of 275 articles during 2000-2007, this paper depicts the trends both domestic and abroad. In addition, it implements a structural model twenty factors to analyze how the passed articles framework for future study on knowledge transfer.
