Based on the model of the ternary complex, it has been discussed to the computation of the dynamic constraint force on the inclined plate when rotating around a fixed axis by this article. By means of this process, the idea of the universal complex plane is put forward at the same time, the ternary complex model has been perfected further and the ternary complex model is confirmed to have feasibility and simplicity in the practical use.
