摘要
采用环氧树脂与聚乙二醇合成了高分子反应型水性环氧乳化剂,将具有表面活性的分子链段引入到环氧树脂分子链中,用相反转技术制备水性环氧乳液。研究乳化剂合成时聚乙二醇分子量、乳化剂结构、乳化剂用量对乳液离心稳定性和稀释稳定性的影响,并采用红外光谱对乳化剂进行表征。
The waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was prepared by the phase inversion technique using polymer reactive emulsifier synthesized by epoxy resin and PEG. The effects of the molecular weight of PEG, the structure and concentration of the emulsifier on emulsion centrifugal stability and diluted stability were studied. The structure of the emulsifier was characterized by FT-IR.
