Benefit Evaluation of "Hydro-thermal Exchange" in the Current Electricity Markets

基于当前我国电力市场发展现状与水平,尝试"水火置换"模式,在目前电力体制改革不断深化的过程中,具有重要的实际价值。通过对"水火置换"效益的探讨,从经济、环境及社会三方面提出量化的效益评价指标,最后通过具体应用实例给出某火电厂参与"水火置换"的效益评价结果。案例分析表明,评价方法合理可行,且在目前电力市场环境中,"水火置换"经济效益、环境效益和社会效益都相当显著。

Based on he current status quo of China＇s electricity markets, an attempt is made to implement ＂Hydro-thermal exchange＂. With the deepening of the current power system reform, it has very practical values. Based on discussing the benefits of the ＂Hydro-thermal exchange＂, quantitative benefit indicators are induced from the economic, environmental and social aspects. Finally, the beneficial evaluation results are offered by specific examples of a thermal power plant in ＂Hydro-thermal exchange＂. Case study shows that the evalcation method is reasonably practicable, and in the current, electricity market, economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits of ＂hydro-thermal exchange＂ are very remarkable.
