摘要
根据运动杆的四个或五个相邻位置准确设计四杆机构的关键是求解Burmester曲线。本文根据射影几何的原理,利用几何分析的方法建立了Burmester曲线的参数表达式,分析了Burmester曲线的变化规律,提出了一种基于计算机图形处理求解Burmester曲线的的方法——CG法。该方法较之几何法精度高,较之解析法求解方便,直观性强。给出了CG法在四杆机构设计中的应用示例。
The key of accurate design four link mechanisms is to solve Burmester curves depending on kinematic linkages four or five positions. A ccording to projective geometry principle,the parameter equations of Burmester curves are built using geometric analytical methods.The changing regular pattern of Burmester curves is discussed.A CG method for solving urmester curves is introduced depending on computer graphics.The method is higher in precision than geometric method,easier in solving and better in visulization than analytic method.Finally,and example of CG method is given in four link mechanism design.
