山西省企业专利现状评析

Analysis on the Present Patent Situation of Enterprises in Shanxi

专利战略是提升企业市场核心竞争力的重要武器和必备要素。与国内周遍省份相比,山西省企业的专利战略研究和实践基本空白,存在着对专利重视不够、相关制度及奖励激励机制缺失等诸多不足。文章在对山西省企业专利战略现状进行分析的基础上,从强化企业专利意识,加强专利人才培养力度,建立健全企业专利管理体制等方面就促进和推动山西省企业建立和实施专利战略进行了论述。

The patent strategy is an important weapon and an essential factor in promoting enterprises＇ core market competitiveness. Compared with the neighbors, the patent research and practice in Shanxi are almost a blank, with inadequacies as not enough emphasis on patent and lack of relevant regulations and incentive mechanism. Based on an analysis on the current situation of the patent strategy of enterprises in Shanxi, the paper explains how to promote the construction and implementation of the patent strategy in enterprises of Shanxi from such respects as strengthening the sense of patent, enhancing the training of patent personnel and build and perfect the patent management system.
