摘要
经济发展和城市化进程的加剧,促使中国房地产行业基本上处于高速增长状态,人才问题普遍成为房地产企业人力资源管理的核心问题。文章通过对房地产企业人力资源管理现状的剖析,提出了具体的人力资源管理的对策。
Economic development and urbanization prompt the real estate industry in China to development very quickly, causing talents the core of the human resources management in these enterprises. After analyzing the current situation of the management in real estate enterprises, the paper proposes some measures.
