办公自动化就是要利用Internet/Intranet技术,基于工作流的概念,使企业内部人员方便快捷地共享信息,高效地协同工作。根据企业的实际情况,综合考虑企业的经济实力、员工的素质,设计适合自己企业的办公自动化系统,将企业的全体员工通过网络联系起来,实现全员协同工作,充分利用网络资源和信息管理,全方位提高工作效率和工作质量,同时也为企业的管理和决策提供科学的依据。
Office automation enables the staff in enterprises to share information quickly and achieve efficient and coordinative work based on the technology of Internet/Intranet and the concept of workflow. The office automation system should be designed according to the enter- prises' actual situation, taking into account the staff' s quality and the enterprises' economic strength. All the staff should be connected via the network and work in a coordinative way and the network resources and information management should be fully utilized to promote the efficiency and quality in an all round way, which will at the same time be a scientific basis for the management and decision of the enterprises.
