摘要
本文基于系统理论描述了水资源系统的内涵、基本特征,分析了水资源、工农业生产、人口、科技、资金、污水治理的耦合关系,构建了区域水资源影响系统,分别分析了总供水量、工农业总收入、总人口、污染排放以及污水治理投资等几个主回路,得出了系统间深层次的影响关系,对水资源系统有了新的认识,也为研究如何解决水资源短缺等风险奠定了工作基础。
The meaning and basic character of water resource System were displayed based on system theory. The coupling relations among water, industrial and agricultural production, population, science and technology, funds and sewage disposal were analyzed. We set up the regional water influence system, and conduct an analysis on main loops as total water supply, gross income of industry and agriculture, population, pollution control and pollution water disposal investment. Based on the above analysis, further influence relations from the deep level were investigated in the system. The new understanding of water resource system and establishes the work basis of studying on the solution of risks such as lack of water resource were given.
