摘要
为对过去30年中国人文社科进行总体考察,就必须对二十世纪七十年代末进入高校并于二十世纪八十年代前期进入学界(主要是高校和科研院所)的学人,即80学人,进行宏观的并且主要是批评性的考察。本文认为,80学人的整体学术成就同我们欲求与之接轨的发达国家的人文社科学术相比,还差距明显,30年中国人文社科研究无法与经济社会发展的成就相媲美,社会内部发展和大国崛起所需要的思想学术文化的软实力还存在巨大差距。本文分析了造成这一现象的一些不可避免的历史局限性,而缺乏有效的评价参照系与评价中国人文社科现状所必需的具体信息,是其中被遮蔽的重要因素。同时,本文认为30年来中国人文社科发展的问题不能单纯归结于学术自由的缺乏与学术科研管理体制的缺陷,而必须转向对各个具体学科的具体问题的细致探讨,需要学术体制与社会其他制度进行不断的微调与磨合。
In order to outline the overview of the elapsed thirty years of Chinese social humanistic, it is essential to carry a critical and macro-level review on the Intellectuals of 1980s, who studied in college in the end of 1970s and pursued career in the academy in the early 1980s. This paper argues that the Intellectuals of 1980s obviously lag behind peers of developed countries in achievements, as well as the great social economic development over the past thirty years. There is yet a big gap between the achievements of social humanistic and culture soft power required by the internal social development and rise of big nation. The paper analyzes the inherent limitations as one of the causes, but lack of efficient evaluation indicators and the essential evaluation information of Chinese social humanistic are the most important factors hidden behind. Meanwhile, the paper refuses to think that the sti- fled academic freedom and flawed science academic management mechanism are the only to be blamed, but calls for a shift to a detailed discussion for each specific subject and a constant corresponding adaptation between the academic systems and other social systems.
