文学史有两种基本类型:一是依附于外在的历史框架,二是文学自身内在的发展结构。"文学的哲学"即体现为一种重视文学内在发展结构的文学史观。这一文学史观认为文学史乃是文学本质实现的历史,因此强调对文学本质的形成和发展历史的研究。在研究方法上,文学的哲学强调的是逻辑的研究方法,探讨文学本质的实现的历史及文学内在的发展结构,并以此为基础建构文学史。文学的哲学包含了文学史观、文学史研究方法、文学史的建构等基本内涵,这一范畴的提出对当前的文学史的研究具有极其重要的意义。

The history of literature development has two kinds basic types, first is attached to the historical frame, second is the literature development structure. To the literature development different understanding, manifests two different literatures view and the literature history viewpoint, and constructs the construction to the history of literature to have the important influence. The literature philosophy manifested has taken the literature intrinsic development history the literature history viewpoint and the research technique.
