摘要 由教育部颁发的《全国普通高等学校音乐学(教师教育)本科专业课程指导方案》是一个富有新意的指导性文件。本文对其师范性、发展性、开放性的特点作了分析。师范性,指的是适应新时期对音乐教师提出的要求,从指导思想、培养规格、教育理念、课程设置等方面着手,保证教师教育培养目标的实现。发展性,指的是根据新的教育理念,从课程结构方面提倡"三类课程合力论",有利于学生、教师、教育管理者的思想观念、治学方法、知识结构的不断发展。开放性,指的是突出音乐学(教师教育)学科的特点,把音乐教师教育本科的专业课程作为一个开放的系统,有利于不断丰富、充实和完善。 The National College of Musicology (Teacher Education)'s Program to Guide Undergraduate Professional Courses, issued by the Ministry of Education, is an innovative guiding document. In this paper, it mades a concrete analysis of its teacher training, development, openness of the characteristics. Teacher-training, referring to adapt to the new era of music teacher requests, from the guiding ideology, training standards, educational philosophy, curriculum and other aspects to ensure that teacher education and training goals. Development, referring to the new educational concept, it promotes the 'the theory of resulting force of three types of courses' from the structure of the curriculum, and helps students, teachers, teaching managers to gain the continuous development of teaching ideas, learning methods, the knowledge structure. Openness, referring to prominent to the musicology (teacher education) subject characteristics, the music teacher education undergraduate professional coursee as an open system that is conducive to constantly enrich and perfect.
