摘要
根据PEMFC在运行中气体流道内可能产生"水堵"这一现象,分析了流道中液滴存在的形式和受力;基于VOF模型模拟了液滴的运动,计算了风速为6m/s时液滴的排出时间,并分析了水堵后流道后部气体维持反应的平衡关系。结论对于电池的设计具有参考意义。
The flooding can occur in gas channels when a proton exchange membrane fuel cell operates (PEMFC). The forms of the liquid water are discussed and the forces which exert on the liquid water are analyzed. Based on VOF model, motion of liquid drop in gas channel is modeled, the time for the liquid drop to be discharged out under 6 m/s gas velocity is calculated, and the balance for the gas needed to keep the electrochemical reaction and the remaining gas quantity after the blocked channel part is analyzed. The conclusions are helpful for the design of PEMFC.
