摘要
提出了交通方式间竞争关系的理论框架,分析了基于出行时间和基于出行综合成本上的公共交通与自行车及小汽车间的竞争,推导出相应的竞争均衡模型。根据判别模型分析得出各个影响因素与公共交通竞争力间的函数关系,并提出相应的政策措施。
The analysis framework of competition among the travel modes is promoted in this paper. The competency ahalysis emphasis was placed on the equilibrium point of the transit vs. Bicycle based on the travel time and vs. automobile based on the general travel cost. Using the notion of equilibrium, the discriminate model was deducted. Following the principle of the model, the policy implications were examined.
