摘要
在氧化钙消化成氢氧化钙的过程中添加表面活性剂对其表面进行原位改性,通过测定改性后氢氧化钙的吸油值、粘度、吸水率、沉降体积、FTIR、SEM的变化等评价其表面改性效果。结果表明:改性后氢氧化钙的吸油值、粘度、吸水率、沉降体积均有所下降,表面极性有所减弱,红外分析说明KH-570偶联剂和氢氧化钙之间存在一定的吸附。KH-570改性Ca(OH)2比未改性Ca(OH)2分散性好,粒度较小。
Modified calcium hydroxide was synthesized by adding surface activator during slaking of calcium oxide and the oil-absorbed value, viscosity, water-absorption ratio and sedimentation volume of calcium hydroxide were investigated. The results showed that the oil-absorbed value, viscosity, water-absorption ratio and sedimentation volume of calcium hydroxide declined. The adsorption of KH - 570 on calcium hydroxide was measured by FTIR, SEM and the dispersion of modified calcium hydroxide was better.
