摘要
介绍一种气动在线非接触式动态测量传感器及测量装置的动态特性,它能在恶劣环境下,加工中的旋转工件作非接触动态绝对尺寸测量,当测量范围达80μm时,其检测精度高于0.5μm。
The dynamic characteristics of a pneumatic contactless measuring transducer and measuring device are introduced. The con-tactless measurement of the absolute dimensions can be done dynamically on rotating working pieces. The detecting accuracy is better than 0. 5μm while the measuring range reaches 80μm. The operation of the machine tools can be controlled and the accuracy of processing can be guaranteed.
