摘要
介绍我国铁路在运行中内燃机车柴油机上添加减摩修复物质的工业试验;历时5年、累计行程为115.2万公里所取得数据以及随机抽样统计分析结果证明了添加物的介入可以明显地改进气缸套-活塞摩擦副的表面特性;新的工程现象提出了研究"物质介入条件下的摩擦学行为"这一新命题的学术意义。
An industrial test hosted in China railway was introduced,in which some material with friction reducing and surface restoring effect was added into the operating locomotive diesel engines. The data obtained from 5 years' 1 152 000 km locomotive operation and the random sampling statistics results proved that the intervention of this material is able to improve the surface characteristic of piston-liner friction pairs obviously. This new engineering phenomenon shows the academic value of studying a new subject on "the tribologieal behaviors under material intervention circumstances".
