摘要
通过四球试验机考察了猪血清在水溶性聚醚(PAGs)和水中的抗磨性能与极压性能,结果表明:血清在水溶性聚醚和水中具有优良的抗磨和减摩性能。其润滑作用机制可能是由于猪血清蛋白质中含有碳、氧、氮、硫、磷等功能元素,在血清蛋白存在的条件下,摩擦过程中与钢球表面发生了摩擦化学和胶体化学反应生成了特质承载膜。
The tribological properties of the porcine serum in water-soluble polyalkylene glycol and water were evaluated on four-ball friction tester. The results show that the serum is excellence in increasing carrying capacity, antiwear and friction reducing abilities of water-soluble polyalkylene glycol and water. The lubrication mechanism is likely that a tribochemical reaction film forms on the rubbing surfaces due to the high reaction activies of carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur and phosphor in the serum albumen.
