鼻咽癌组织中ABCC2的表达与顺铂化疗敏感性的关系

Relationship between ABCC2 expression and cisplatin-based chemotherapy sensitivity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨在鼻咽癌组织中ABCC2的表达与顺铂化疗敏感性之间的关系。方法收集临床资料完整的鼻咽癌标本,根据对化疗的情况分为高敏感组和低敏感组,通过免疫组化SP法检测ABCC2在鼻咽癌组织中的表达,统计分析ABCC2的表达与化疗效果、转移等方面的相关性。结果共收集84例标本,其中高敏感组50例,低敏感组34例;ABCC2在低敏感组中的表达显著高于高敏感组(P<0.01),并且在顺铂+5-氟脲嘧啶化疗方案中,ABCC2在低敏感组中的的表达高于高敏感组(P<0.05);在转移组中ABCC2的表达高于未转移组(P<0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌中ABCC2的表达与DDP化疗效果、转移有关,提示可以考虑用ABCC2来预测鼻咽癌对DDP为基础的化疗的敏感性及预后。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between ABCC2 expression and cisplatin -based chemotherapy sensitivity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods Paraffin - embedded NPC specimens with clinical data were collected, and patients were divided into high sensitive or low sensitivity group according to the DDP treatment. Immunohistoehemistry （IHC） method was used to detect the ABCC2 expression. The relationship between ABCC2 expression and sex, age, tumor stage, metastasis and chemotherapeutic response was statistically analyzed. Results Eighty - four cases were collected, with 50 cases as high sensitivity and 34 cases as low sensitivity. The expression of ABCC2 in low sensitivity group was significantly higher than that of high sensitivity group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. In DDP ＋ 5 - FU treatment group, the expression of ABCC2 in low sensitivity group was significantly higher than that of high sensitivity group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of ABCC2 in non - metastasis group was significantly lower than that in metastasis group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expression of ABCC2 was correlated with metastasis and cisplatin - based chemotherapy effect, especially with DDP ＋ 5 - FU treatment, suggesting that ABCC2 expression can be used as an index to predicting the response to cisplatin -based chemotherapy and prognosis.
