同源盒基因CDX2mRNA在胃癌中的定量表达及临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨同源盒基因CDX2mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术检测CDX2mRNA在胃癌组、癌旁组和正常对照组中的表达情况,并联系临床病理特征进行分析。结果胃癌组中CDX2mRNA的阳性表达率为37.9%(22/58),癌旁组为63.8%(37/58),正常对照组不表达,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);CDX2mRNA在不同的临床分期、病理类型和有无淋巴结转移之间阳性表达率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论CDX2mRNA在癌旁和胃癌组织中具有较高的表达量,其转录表达量与各类临床病理特征之间有密切的联系,提示CDX2mRNA的高表达可能与胃癌的发生有关。
