肝细胞癌中ZHX2蛋白表达的检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测肝细胞癌中ZHX2蛋白表达的情况。方法采用组织芯片及免疫组织化学方法检测正常肝组织、肝硬化组织、肝细胞癌(HCC)组织及癌旁非肿瘤组织中ZHX2蛋白的表达情况。结果在正常肝组织、肝硬化组织及癌旁非肿瘤组织中均未检测到ZHX2蛋白的表达,在HCC组织中ZHX2蛋白的表达率为19.5%。ZHX2蛋白在Ⅲ~Ⅳ级HCC组织中的表达率为31.3%,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组织中的表达率(16.5%)。HCC组织中ZHX2蛋白的表达与术前血清AFP呈负相关。结论ZHX2有可能成为诊断HCC的新的标记物,它的检测有助于血清AFP≤20μg/LHCC的诊断。在人类HCC中可能存在着ZHX2对血清AFP的负调控。
