摘要
在将零件的CAD系统设计特征信息映射为CAPP系统所需的制造特征信息后,再将映射后的零件信息按照CAPP系统模型的结构要求进行转换,从而使CAPP系统能通过特征映射自动获取零件信息,最终实现CAD/CAPP信息集成。重点讨论如何采用带属性的图结构表达CAPP系统工艺信息模型和加工方法,并以此为基础形成零件的加工顺序图,为进一步构造和完善集成化CAPP系统打下了基础。
In order to realize the CAD/CAPP Integration, design features are converted into manufacturing features, and these converted information are further reconstructed in the way of CAPP system structure. In this paper, the process information model and the machine methods of a component are represented by a kind of graph structure with attributes. Based on this structure, the machining sequence diagram can be constructed,which can provide a decision base for CAPP system, and finally realize the information transformation and integration of CAD/CAPP system.
