摘要
试验探讨了在设施内不同遮光处理条件下,南美水仙叶绿素含量及比值、新叶萌发率、新叶面积、新叶长的变化。结果表明:随遮光度增加,叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量增加,叶绿素a/b值降低;新叶面积和新叶长度增加;叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量、新叶面积、新叶长度在50%和75%遮光条件下显著升高,新叶萌发率在50%遮光条件下增加显著。
The study was carried out to investigate changes of partial physiology parameters including chlorophyⅡ contain, value of chl. a/b, young leaf germination, young leaf area, young leaf length of Eucharis grandiflora under different sun-shading levels. The results showed that the containing of Chl. b and Chl. Ⅱ increased, while the value of Chl. a/b reduced, young leaf area and length increased with the increasing of sun-shading. Chl. b, Chl.Ⅱ, young leaf area and length efficiency increased under 50 % and 75% sun-shading treatment, Young leaf germination efficiency increased under 50% sun-shading treatment.
