摘要
技术变迁下企业技能结构研究是技术变迁理论和人力资源管理研究者始终关注的焦点问题。回顾了西方有关技术变迁下,技能结构研究的理论框架,重点分析和评述了技术变迁与员工技能结构、技术变迁与技能型员工工资、技术变迁与雇佣结构的关系。最后,在评述已有研究的基础上提出了今后的研究重点。
The research on relationship between technical change and structure of human resources is the focus for researchers on technological changes and HRM. This paper reviews the theoretical framework of technical changes in the West under the HRM structure. It focuses on three aspects: technical change and structure, of skills, staff wages, and employment structure. Comments have been made based on the focus of future research.
