摘要
知识型人才管理是组织管理的关键。通过简析和谐管理理论,提出知识型人才和谐管理机理,就是通过分析环境、组织、领导及知识型人才人性(EOL-H),得出组织在不同时期知识型人才管理的战略意图与和谐主题,应用和则机制、谐则机制及其互动耦合机制,实现知识型人才和谐管理。
Knowledge talented person management is the key of organization management, through analyze Hexie Management Theory, bring up Knowledge Talented Person Hexie Management Principle, that is through analyze the environment, organization, leadship and out the organization strategy intention and HeXie period, apply He and Xie principles and their Knowledge Talented Person's human nature(EOL-H), draw Theme Knowledge Talented Person management in variety coupling mechanism to realize Knowledge Talented Person HeXie Management.
