摘要
建立了数控再生型切削颤振系统的模型,推导了再生型切削颤振的极限宽度计算公式。通过具体的实例,采用数学公式和基于Simulink对极限宽度进行了仿真,并对推算结果和仿真结果进行了比较。试验证明,通过对极限宽度的仿真,能够很好地归纳出再生型颤振系统极限宽度,对实际加工有很好的指导作用。
The model of NC regenerative chatter system was built and the formula of calculating its limit of cutting width was deduced. Based on concrete experiments, mathematic formula and Simulink, the limit of cutting width was simulated, and the results of calculating and simulating were compared. The results show that the limit of cutting width of regenerative chatter system can be calculated accurately by the simulation method.
