摘要
针对多型号、多规格的电液阀性能测试需要,给出总体设计方案。阐述伺服放大器的性能要求,给出解决方案。采用跟踪滤波技术,计算扫频正弦信号的幅值和相位。充分考虑流量曲线的非线性范围、饱和范围等特征,建立基于电液伺服阀指标计算的参数库。设计的通用电液伺服阀自动测试系统成功应用于生产检验中。
The project of automatic testing system for electro-hydraulic servo valve was developed to meet need of kinds of servo valves characteristic test. The function and performance of servo amplifier was expatiated and its scheme was introduced. The track filter technology was applied in frequency characteristic test. Considering nonlinear and saturation of flow characteristic curve, the parameters of calculating characteristic were established. The system was used in the assembly line.
