β-肾上腺素受体激酶与心力衰竭的基因治疗

摘要 心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)是多种心血管疾病的终末阶段,其已逐步成为心血管病中最常见、对患者危害最大的疾病,目前发病率不断上升,5年病死率约为50%,与许多恶性肿瘤相当。HF时交感神经活性增强,引起β肾上腺素能受体(β-adrenergic receptors,βARs)信号转导通路变化,表现为心肌βARs密度减少、异丙肾上腺素介导的腺苷酸环化酶(adenylate cyclase,AC)兴奋作用和β肾上腺素能激动剂引起的收缩反应均明显减弱。已发现在衰竭心肌中,β1肾上腺素能受体(β1AR)mRNA水平低下,
