摘要
采用搅拌铸造法制备了CNTs/AM60镁基复合材料,研究了搅拌法加入碳纳米管的工艺特点,测试了复合材料的力学性能,并利用扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析对复合材料断口形貌进行观察和分析。研究结果表明,碳纳米管能细化复合材料晶粒组织,且起搭接晶粒和承载变形抗力作用。与基体合金相比,复合材料抗拉强度、弹性模量、显微硬度显著增加,伸长率最大可提高74.52%,但是碳纳米管加入量过多会导致偏聚,使力学性能下降。
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs)/AM60 magnesium matrix composites were fabricated by cast with stirring, and the characteristic of the stirring technology was studied. The mechanical properties of the composites were tested, and the fractographs were observed and analyzed via scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that CNTs could not only refine the grains of the composites, but also overlap the grains and bear the resistance to deformation. Compared with the matrix alloy, the tensile strength, elastic modulus, and the micro-hardness of the composites had been enhanced significantly. Meanwhile, the elongation was greatly raised by 74.52% at most. But the mechanical properties of the composites would fell down with excess addition of CNTs.
