摘要
通过优化材料成分、设计合理的铸造工艺,并结合热处理工艺强化措施,研发了一种大大提高高锰钢环锤耐磨性和综合力学性能的生产新工艺。试验结果表明,按此工艺生产的高锰钢环锤,布氏硬度HBS214,抗拉强度(σ)b为724MPa,冲击韧度(αK)为219J·cm-2,断后伸长率为(δ)37%,在实际使用中获得了良好的耐磨效果。
By optimizing material composition, designing reasonable casting technique and combining with heat treatment, a new production process, which can greatly improve the wear resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties of the high manganese steel ring-hammer, has been researched and developed. The results show that the ring-hammers produced by using the process above, of which Brinell hardness HBS is 214, tensile strength (σb) is 724 MPa, impact toughness (αk) is 219 J·cm^-2, elongation after fracture (3) is 37 %, have obtained a better wear-resisting effectiveness.
