摘要
北京奥运会对于所有参赛运动员而言都具有非同寻常的压力,中国击剑队在2008年奥运会取得一金一银的优异成绩。奥运会是实力的对抗,也是心理素质的比拼,奥运会是一场心理战。总结出"忘我"是引领运动员进入流畅状态的金钥匙;应对北京奥运会击剑主场的"双刃剑",只有熟练掌握注意力控制技能,才能在比赛中做到得心应手;拓展训练的感悟可以迁移到训练和比赛;奥运会就是在最高度上"走木板",狭路相逢勇者胜;想赢不怕输才能突破老四魔咒;战胜自我、超越自我是人生最高境界的快乐六个高水平击剑运动员心理训练、心理调节的有效对策。为今后击剑项目的心理训练工作提供有价值的借鉴。
Beijing Olympic Games is an incredible pressure for all participates. Olympic Games are a mental war, not only in physical ability, but also in mental ability. In this paper, six effective mental strategies were proposed to be used in China fencing team to achieve high achievement, loss of self, con- trol of attention, understanding of outward development, courage and defensive of self. These strategies can be reference for the future mental training program.
