摘要 为改善梭织结构支架顺应性差,以及编织、针织纬编结构支架脱散严重的缺点,在小筒径圆筒形经编机上设计编织了针织经编结构支架,该方法可使支架一次成形,省去了缝合织物的过程,并且避免了接缝处的强力不匀。对支架的压缩性能进行测试,结果表明经编结构血管支架的筒径随针筒针数的增加而增大;其径向压力随支架筒径的增大而减小,但是适度筒径的支架其弹性回复性能较好。 In order to improve the bad conformability of woven structured stent and the severe laddering of the braided and weft-knitted tent, this paper designs one type of tubular stent knitted on a small diameter circular warp knitting machine. This method can knit the stent at only one step, which does not need the sewing process and thus avoids the uneven tensile strength at the seam areas. The research results show that the diameter of the warp knitted stent will become larger with the increase of the number of needles, and the radial compression will decrease with the increase of the stent's diameter, but the stent with an appropriate diameter shows a good elastic recovery.
