母乳喂养与儿童肥胖关系的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the association between breastfeeding and children′s obesity.

【目的】评价母乳喂养对儿童肥胖的影响。【方法】应用Meta分析方法对1996-2008年已发表的12篇关于母乳喂养与儿童肥胖的病例对照研究文献进行分析，数据采用Revman4．3软件进行处理，根据齐性检验结果决定采用何种模型来计算OR值及其95％可信区间。【结果】肥胖组与对照组的儿童，母乳喂养率差异有显著性（P〈0．00001），采用随机效应模型，合并OR及其95％的可信区间分别为0．73（0．64～0．83）。【结论】母乳喂养对儿童肥胖的发生存在保护作用。

[Objective] To evaluate the effects of breastfeeding on children＇s obesity. [Methods] The results of 12 case-control studies from 1996 to 2008 were analyzed by meta-analysis method in this study. The data were analyzed by Revman4.3 software. The calculation method of the merged OR and 95% confidence interval were decided by the result of homogeneity test. [Results] The breastfeeding rates had statistical differences between the obesity group and the control group（P〈0. 000 01）. Using random effect model, the merged OR value and their 95% CI were 0.73 （0.64-0.83）. [Conclusion] The breastfeeding during infancy may prevent simple obesity for children.
