声频共振治疗脑损伤综合征合并神经性耳聋70例疗效观察

Clinical effect of the audio frequeney resonance treatment on the children with brain impair syndrome accompanied with nervous deafness.

【目的】观察声频共振治疗脑损伤综合征合并神经性耳聋的临床疗效。【方法】将70例入选患儿随机分为两组:对照组(n=35)和治疗组(n=35),两组均给予综合康复治疗,治疗组尚给予声频共振治疗;3个疗程后检测纯音听阈,比较两组间总有效率。【结果】总有效率治疗组为86.8%,对照组为61.8%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】声频共振配合综合康复治疗是脑损伤综合症合并神经性耳聋的有效治疗方法。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of the audio frequeney resonance treatment on the children with brain impair syndrome accompanied with nervous deafness. [Methods] 70 children who were selected according with criterion were divided into two groups ：35 cases in control group treated only with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment and 35 cases in observation group treated additionally with the audio frequeney resonance treatment. Pureone audiometry results and the total effective rate between two groups were compared after treated for three courses. [Results] the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.8 %, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （61.8%） （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The combining therapy holds a significantly superior therapeutic effect on the children with brain impair syndrome accompanied with nervous deafness.
