通过对改革开放30年上海体育学院发展历程的回顾,理清不同历史时期的办学思路,总结改革开放30年上海体育学院的主要成就及基本经验。认为:应将人才培养作为我院改革发展的出发点和落脚点;深刻理解教育、体育工作的规律,寻求特色发展;发扬优良办学传统,创新学校文化;坚持质量第一,处理好外延与内涵之间的关系;对接经济社会发展战略,在服务社会中提升综合办学实力。

Through reviewing the devdopmental course of Shanghai University of Sport during 30-year reform and opening, it made clear the school-running train of thought in different historical periods, summarized the main achievements and basic experience gained by Shanghai University of Sport in 30-year reform and opening and considered that it＇ s necessary to take the cultivation of talents as a starting point and foothold of reform and development; deepen the understanding of the law of education and Physical Education, make characteristic development; carry forward fine sehool-running tradition and innovate cultural mechanism; insist on quality first and deal properly with the relation between extensive expansion and connotative development; grasp the demand of economic society and obtain better development in the process of serving society.
