摘要
运用实地调查法和案例分析法,对以李宁、安踏、双星为代表的我国知名体育用品企业文化进行研究发现,这些企业在其长期发展过程中形成的企业文化呈现出一系列特征。如企业文化发展的阶段性、企业文化建设的实用性、企业文化与体育精神及民族文化的共融性、企业文化的创新性、企业家创建企业文化的主导性,与体育事业互惠互利、竞争与协作,实现双赢。
The methods of on-the-spot investigation and case analysis were used to did research on the culture of China' s famous corporations of producing sporting-goods trademarking Lining, Anta and Double-Star. It finds that these corporations cultures formed in their long-term development manifest a series of characteristics, such as the periodicity of corporation culture development, the practicality of corporation culture construction, the mergence of corporation culture with sports spirit and national culture, innovativeness, the leading of enterprisers to the establishment of corporation culture, reciprocity and mutual benefit with sports cause and double-win by contest and cooperation.
