摘要
从分析NBA的薪酬制度入手,以2006—2007赛季为例,根据管理学中的经典理论即竞赛理论和相对剥削理论,提出假设,得出球员薪资与个人绩效呈显著正相关的假设和球队薪资差距与个人绩效成正相关的假设成立。论证NBA薪酬激励制度的有效性和激励潜能。
Starting with the analysis of NBA salary system, taking 2006-2007 season for example and according to the classic theories of management science, i.e. sports competition theory and relative exploitation theory, it put forward hypotheses, came to the conclusion that the hypotheses of significantly positive correlation of players' salary to their achievements and the positive correlation of salary difference of team members to individual achievement were tenable and demonstrated the effectiveness and inspirational potential of NBA salary inspiration system.
