摘要
通过主观感受状态、状态自信、内隐自信及多项生理指标的变化,研究不同类型视频强化表象训练的效果。结果显示:精彩球视频比不佳球视频在被试表象训练的过程中,更能提高其主观感受水平,激发其正向情绪;观看精彩球视频对强化表象训练的被试比观看不佳球视频的被试,在实验后主观感受水平更高,皮温更高,皮肤电阻更大,血容波幅更小;接受精彩球视频处理的被试在实验结束后状态自信水平显著提高,接受不佳球视频处理的被试状态自信水平无显著性变化;观看精彩球视频的高水平运动员内隐自信水平在实验后得到提高,观看不佳球视频的高水平运动员则显著下降,该现象未出现在对照组被试中。
It did research on the effects of different kinds of video intensified presentation training through the changes of subjective feeling state, state confidence, implicit confidence and quite a few physiological indices. The findings are that in the process of presentation, the video of wonderful ball games is better than that of uninteresting ball games for enhancing subjects' subjective feeling level and amusing their positive mood; compared with the experiment of presentation training intensified by watching the video of uninteresting ball games, after the experiment of presentation training intensified by watching the video of wonderful ball games, subjects' subjective feeling level and skin temperature are higher and skin resistance is greater, but their blood volume amplitude is smaller; after the experiment, the state confidence level of the subjects who have received the test of watching wonderful ball games has been significantly enhanced, while the state confidence level of the subjects who have received the test of watching uninteresting ball games hasn' t remarkable changes, the implicit confidence level of the former has been also enhanced, but the implicit confidence level of the latter has dropped distinctly, the phenomenon of which hasn' t appeared in the control group.
