摘要
对当前大学生的总体情绪状况,以及运动与非运动大学生群体的情绪状况和特点进行研究。探索情绪的7个维度(紧张、抑郁、愤怒、慌乱、疲劳、精力、自尊)在运动影响心理健康中的中介效应。结果表明:紧张、愤怒、疲劳在运动影响心理健康中的中介效应不显著,抑郁、慌乱、精力、自尊在运动影响心理健康中起部分中介效应,中介效应从大到小依次为精力、自尊、抑郁、慌乱。
It made a study of the current general mood conditions of university students as well as the mood conditions and characteristics of the university students participating both in sport or not in it and probed the intermediary effect of seven aspects of mood （tension, depression, anger, hurry-scurry, fatigue, vigor and self-esteem） in the effects of sport on mental health. The results indicate that the intermediary effect of tension, anger and fatigue in the effects of sport on mental health isn＇t obvious, while depression, hurry-scurry, vigor and self-esteem have a partial intermediary effect in the effects of sport on mental health, the order of the intermediary effect from the great to the small is vigor, self-esteem, depression and hurry-scurry.
