摘要
加减速控制方法是数控系统开发的关键技术之一,所以研究加减速控制方法具有重要意义。简单介绍了数控系统控制刀具轨迹运动的余弦加减速控制算法,并针对数控系统在处理大容量短轨迹NC代码时的运动加减速控制问题,提出了区域整体按余弦曲线加减速处理新的控制算法。实验证明,按照多段短轨迹代码整体按余弦曲线加减速规律进行控制,既能达到比较好的控制效果,满足加工的要求,又能解决海量短轨迹代码单段处理所产生的问题,更好的提高加工效率和加工质量。
The motion control of acceleration/deceleration is one of the numerical system's key technologies.So it is very important to study the motion control of acceleration/deceleration.This paper introduces a kind of acceleration/deceleration algorithm of numerical system controlling tool's motion paths.This algorithm is called cosine curve acceleration/deceleration control.Paper also expounds the defect of cosine curve acceleration/deceleration control used in many short NC codes that controlled one by one.In order to resolve the question of many short path codes' acceleration/deceleration controlled one by one,this paper proposes successive station NC codes using cosine curve acceleration/deceleration algorithm instead of controlling one NC code only with cosine curve acceleration/deceleration control algorithm.This way can meet the processing requirement and resole the defect of many short path codes but to control one NC code with cosine curve acceleration/deceleration control algorithm,and improve the efficiency and quality of processing.
