摘要
基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用热流耦合与单独温度场两种分析方法,对调节阀的温度场进行模拟分析。结果表明,调节阀温度场分布相差不大,阀杆最高温度相差为7℃左右。通过对调节阀温度场的数值模拟,提出了降低执行机构温度的有效途径。
The temperature field of control valve is simulated and analyzed by two methods of heat-fluid coupling and separate temperature based on ANSYS.It indicates that the temperature field distributing of valve has no large difference,and the difference of the highest temperature of valve rod is about 7℃.According to the simulation of control valve’s temperature field,some effective approaches to reduce the temperature of actuator are put forward.
