摘要 高频轧机是工厂钻头加热扭制的常用设备,针对我单位高频轧机轧制钻头合格率低,材料消耗高,经过多次试验、研究利用超音频设备代替高频设备降低了废品率,节约了能源、材料,取得了明显的效果。 Reducing cracking by changing high - frequency equipment to super audio frequency equipmentMain contents: high frequency rolling mills are commonly used in hot torsion of drill. The percentage of eligible hot twisted drill by high frequency equipment is very low, and the cost is higher. By using the super audio frequency equipment instead of the high - frequency equipment, the defective index was reduced, power and materials were saved. The effect of the renovation is evident.
